We cover the whole of the Netherlands and the Dutch-German border region. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the Randstad — ask us when you get in touch.

How far in advance should I book?

4–6 weeks ahead is ideal, but we can often accommodate bookings made just a day or two before — as long as the date is still available. Check with us and we'll let you know.

What's included in the price?

Every package includes full setup and teardown, a professional on-site operator, unlimited prints during your session, a custom photo strip design, and instant digital sharing via QR code. No hidden costs.

How long does setup take?

We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event starts. Setup takes around 45 minutes. You don't need to do anything — we handle everything.

How much space does the booth need?

The standard setup requires roughly 3×3 metres and a power socket nearby. If your venue has limited space, let us know and we'll work with what's available.

Can I customise the photo strip design?

Yes. Every package includes a custom-designed photo strip with your event name, date, logo, or any branding you want. Send us your details and we design it before the event.

Do guests get a digital copy?

Yes. Every guest can scan a QR code at the booth and get their photo on their phone instantly — no app needed.

What booths are available?

We offer five experiences: Signature Booth, Glam Booth, Black & White Booth, AI Photo Booth, and Trading Card Booth. Each has its own style and setup. Visit our Services page for details.

Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes. We work with companies of all sizes — from team events and product launches to large conferences. Corporate packages include custom branding, company logo on every print, and a post-event report. Contact us for a quote.

Does the venue need Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Wi-Fi is required for QR sharing and the AI Photo Booth. If the venue has no Wi-Fi, prints still work perfectly.

Question 11

Can I add extra hours on the day?

Yes. Extra hours can be added at an additional cost. Mention it when you book so we can keep the schedule open, or ask us on the day if availability allows.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event: the deposit is kept. For cancellations between 7 and 30 days, contact us directly.

Can the booth be set up outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Outdoor setups are possible. If the location requires a tent or external power supply, additional costs will apply. Let us know the venue details when you book.

How many people can use the booth at once?

Accepted Answer

Up to 8 people can fit in a single shot, depending on the space available for the booth at your venue.

What happens if something goes wrong at the event?

Accepted Answer

Our operator stays on-site for the full duration of your booking. If any technical issue comes up, we handle it on the spot. You focus on your event.
